A + 2009 Certification

The Pitman Training CompTIA A+ provides the knowledge and skills necessary for a career in PC support. So if you’re looking for a career in IT, this course is a great starting point.

The course is broken down into 11 key sessions and is fully updated for the new Windows 7 content preparing you for exams CompTIA A+ Essentials, exam code 220-701; and CompTIA A+ Practical Application, exam code 220-702.

You’ll learn the skills you need to install, repair, upgrade, configure, optimise, troubleshoot – along with undertaking daily maintenance within a busy IT department, retail computer store or tackling home repairs. You’ll also go through step by step the principles of implementing LANs and internet access.

The Pitman Training A+ Certification course is designed to help you learn the skills enabling you to go on and gain accreditation that is both recognised and endorsed internationally by leading industry computing manufacturers and organisations. On completion of this course, you will receive a Pitman Training Course Completion certificate.

You’ll learn at your own pace, working through this in-depth series which teaches you how to work with Windows 7 including installation, upgrades, UAC configuration, and Homegroups. In addition you’ll learn about IPv6 and the differences between FAT32, FAT64, and exFAT.
