Zsuzsanna Kato
FINALIST STUDENT
of the
YEAR
Tenacity
and Dedication prove the
key to success
Zsuzsanna studied for her Medical Secretary Plus Diploma with AMSPAR in
our Oxford Circus centre in London. Originally from Hungary where she
was a nurse, Zsuzsanna had hoped to find a similar role when she arrived
in the UK but struggled to find a suitable position which made best use
of her qualifications. Rather than let this deter her, Zsuzsanna decided
to train to gain a Medical Administration or Secretarial role so that
she would be able to remain working in the Medical industry.
So, Zsuzsanna began her training will the full support and encouragement
of her partner and family and friends back in Hungary. Whilst training
regularly in the OXFORD CIRCUS centre, Zsuzsanna took on shift work and
continued to work hard to ensure there was a stable income still coming
in whilst learning her new skills and also taking English classes to
further her English language skills.
One sad point of her time training with our OXFORD CIRCUS centre was
when her father suddenly passed away. Zsuzsanna of course returned to
Hungary to be with her family and help with arrangements for a period of
time. Despite her grief, Zsuzsanna returned to the UK to complete her
studies and found her training therapeutic as it kept her busy and
distracted during that difficult period of her life.
The training team in the Oxford Circus centre said Zsuzsanna worked
really hard. If she did not pass an exam first time (which was not very
often), she never let this put her off or upset her. Instead she would
use this as motivation to study longer and harder to ensure she passed
the next attempt. Her commitment paid off as she received an overall
Distinction on her Medical Secretary Diploma as well as a Distinction
for her AMSPAR exam.
Zsuzsanna’s main goal was to secure a role as either a Medical
Receptionist or Medical Secretary where she could utilise her previous
skills alongside her newly acquired qualifications and she was delighted
to find success with this goal as just as she completed her Diploma
training, she gained a role in a Doctors Surgery as a Medical
Receptionist. Proof that hard work and determination can pay off!
Our team in OXFORD CIRCUS said...
Zsuzsanna
deserves this award because she has worked so hard to achieve her
qualifications
despite the various obstacles that have threatened to hold her back.
Zsuzsanna is
evidently not afraid of a challenge and her tenacity, dedication,
sheer will and
positive attitude have been an inspiration.
