What will i get
with the courses?
It's a full range of learning tools. Course manuals and CDs
form the basis of each course. In addition, you can attend
live online classes, and have your questions answered by our
mentors. You'll also be able to track your progress and get
exam practice using our online tests, while our Virtual Labs
will give you hands-on experience of the systems that you're
studying.
Is it for me?
We'll make sure that you take the right path using our
online aptitude tests. Your Personal Advisor can arrange
these and discuss the results with you.
What will I need?
All you need is a PC running Windows 98 (or later) with
Internet Explorer 6, a headset with a microphone, and a
Broadband connection.
How much will it
cost?
Less than you'd think. Prices vary according to the courses
that you take, so contact your Personal Advisor for
information about pricing, pay-as-you-go and funding
options.
How will I study?
You'll be studying from Course Manuals and CDs written by
subject experts with years of training and real-world
experience.
Will I have a
teacher?
Yes, each of your live and fully interactive Online
Tutorials is given by an instructor.
What if I don't
understand something?
Your questions will be answered by subject experts using our
Online Mentoring service.
How will I know I'm
really learning?
You'll get feedback on how you're doing by taking our online
Progress Tests.
Will I be able to
practise what I've learnt?
Yes you will, and there's no need to install expensive
software on your PC either - use our online Virtual Labs
instead.
Will I know if I'm
ready for the exams?
Our Exam Prep Tests will provide excellent practice for the
real thing.
What if I have a
problem?
Your Personal Advisor will be there to help and advise you
throughout your studies.
What is the
difference between Microsoft and CompTIA Electives for MCSA?
If you choose to do the Microsoft Elective you will get to
choose one extra MCP with the MCSA , this route is best if
you are already working in an IT role. If you choose to do
the CompTIA route you will get the A+ and N+ course with the
MCSA, this route is best if you have a good knowledge of PC
Hardware and Software and want to break into an IT career.
Differences
between Interactive and Online extra?
Interactive learning provides you with virtual labs (online
classroom with a tutor) which is the better option of the
two, there are set dates which you can choose from which
will help to motivate you more
